1. The Privacy Policy sets out how the Users’ data necessary for providing services electronically through the www.silesiabeats.pl Website (hereinafter: the Service) are collected, processed and stored.

   • The provision of data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Website.
2. The type of personal data processed The Administrator may process the User’s data: name, surname, and e-mail address. 
3. Period of personal data processing Users’ data will be processed for three years
4. Sharing personal data
   • Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g., companies handling e-payments, companies providing courier/postal services, and law firms.
   •  Users’ data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

1. The website user has the right to access the content of their data, rectifier, delete, restrict processing, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing performed based on consent before its withdrawal).

3. Upon receipt of your request, the Administrator is committed to responding promptly. You can expect a response within a maximum of one month. The User can file a
   complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (RODO).

1. Users’ data may not be processed in an automated manner so that any decisions could be made against them.

VII. Final Provisions

1. The Administrator can change the Privacy Policy, but Users’ rights will not be restricted.
2. Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of an announcement available on the Website.
3. Matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy shall be governed by RODO and Polish law provisions.
